By accessing or using Gallery Room, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Gallery Room. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates our content policies.

4. Payments

Payments for paid Rooms are processed through Stripe. By setting a price for your Room, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.Gallery Room may charge a platform fee on transactions, which will be disclosed before you publish a paid Room.

5. Intellectual Property

The Gallery Room platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account:

  • Your profile, rooms, and all uploaded media will be permanently deleted.
  • Your purchase history will be removed.
  • Any pending payouts will be processed before account closure where possible.
  • This action is irreversible.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimers

Gallery Room is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallery Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
